The company was formed in 2006 with the intention to build and manage properties. We recently made our first move and aquired some land that will be the base for our future business. In this property we will build high quality apartments for rent. The project will start during 2010 and will be completed during 2011. The property is located in Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines and has a fantastic view over the Bohol sea, Panglao and Pamilacan island.
